Shipping Policy

All items purchased from this store are shipped un the USA via USPS First Class and Priority mail. Internations shipping is handled via DHL. You are allowed, in most cases, so choose your shipping preference. Packages are almost always shipped on Monday through Friday, excepting holidays and staff travel days. Delivery confirmation is automatically included with all USA orders and insurance is available at additional cost.

When your package is processed for shipping, all USA customers will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number.

Foreign customers will receive a notice informing your customers that duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and that they don't have to pay them upon delivery. Foreign customers will also receive a notice informing them that DHL Express shipping service with a tracking number is used to ship and deliver products. Foreign customers may also be able to use their own local currency and a local payment method to pay for your products.

If no insurance is purchased, the buyer assumes responsibility for damage or loss.

BlackOPSToys ships worldwide; however, shipping prices in all countries, even the USA, have become expensive. Our shipping prices are extremely competitive and we do not profit on shipping and handling charges.

If you wish to see a shipping cost estimate, please place the item in your cart and then view your shopping cart. Select your country from the dropdown list and you will see your shipping choices. If your country is NOT listed, we do not ship there.

Refund Policy

Due to the collectible and fragile nature of these figures, all returns are taken on a case-by-case basis. All items guaranteed to arrive as described.

Refunds on loose gear cheerfully granted if item received is materially different than as listed or if the item is damaged in shipping (photos of damage to shipping package will be required).

Mint in box purchases cannot be returned if they have been opened. Store credit will be issued, minus a 20% restocking fee for unopened Mint in Box returns. Photos of unopened Mint in Box item will be required.  

All returns are subject to inspection. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless determined otherwise. Exceptions to our return and refund policy are taken by appeal only and customer must send an email requesting an exception.
