Payment Policy

Payment by PayPal, money order or cashier’s check will gain immediate shipment of item upon payment receipt.

BlackOPS|Toys will be accepting Credit/Debit Cards and eChecks within the next week. Payment by Credit/Debit Cards and eChecks will also result in immediate shipment of item.

All payments made online are made securely and credit/debit card information is stored in a secure database and is not viewable by any members of the BlackOPS|Toys team.

Shipping Policy

All items purchased from this store are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Insurance and delivery confirmation is available at additional cost if not already covered in shipping method selected. If insurance is declined, buyer assumes responsibility for damage or loss.
BlackOPS|Toys ships worldwide, however, shipping outside of the United States is more expensive and shipping/handling prices reflect the rate increase. Our shipping prices are extremely competitive and we do not profit on shipping and handling charges.

Refund Policy

All items guaranteed to arrive as described with refunds cheerfully granted if item received is materially different than as listed. Said items must be returned within 10 days of original delivery and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of refund.
