Payment Policy

Payment by PayPal, money order or cashier’s check will gain immediate shipment of item upon payment receipt.

BlackOPS|Toys accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued in the United States. We now accept globally issued Credit Cards. Payment by Credit/Debit cards will also result in immediate shipment of item.

All payments made online are made securely and credit/debit card information is stored in a secure database and is not viewable by any members of the BlackOPS|Toys team.

Shipping Policy

All items purchased from this store are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Packages are almost always shipped on Mondays, excepting holidays and BOT staff travel days. Insurance and delivery confirmation is available at additional cost, but as a general rule packages are not sent with delivery confirmation. If you email with questions about package delivery, we cannot give you specific tracking information. If no insurance is purchased, the buyer assumes responsibility for damage or loss.

Shipping Example #1: If you pay for items on a Tuesday, your items will ship out the follow Monday

Shipping Example #2: If you pay for items on a Sunday morning, your items will ship out the next day on Monday

Please Note:BlackOPS|Toys business office is located in Oregon, in the United States, so we are on Pacific Time.

BlackOPS|Toys ships worldwide, however, shipping outside of the United States is more expensive and shipping/handling prices reflect the rate increase. Our shipping prices are extremely competitive and we do not profit on shipping and handling charges.

Refund Policy

All items guaranteed to arrive as described with refunds cheerfully granted if item received is materially different than as listed. Said items must be returned within 10 days of original delivery and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of refund.
