Payment Policy

BlackOPS|Toys accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued in the United States. We now accept globally issued Credit Cards. BlackOPSToys also accepts Credit or Debit card paid via PayPal and accepts payments via PayPal. All forms of payment, except eCheck, will result in immediate shipment of your order.

All payments made online are made securely and credit/debit card information is not stored in our database. Your credit/debit/PayPal payment information is not viewable by any members of the BlackOPS|Toys team. Additionally, your payment information is submitted securely and is encrypted when processed. We cannot save your information, and we do not see your complete credit card/debit card information when we view your payment. We NEVER see your CVV number.

Shipping Policy

All items purchased from this store are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority, First-Class International, Global Express, Parcel Post, etc. You are allowed, in most cases, so choose your shipping preference. Packages are almost always shipped on Monday through Friday, excepting holidays and BOT staff travel days. Delivery confirmation is automatically included with all USA orders and insurance is available at additional cost. When your package is processed for shipping, all USA customers will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number. Foreign customers receive an email with the customs form number, but please not that on foreign orders, this number is not a tracking number and cannot be used to cite non-delivery of your package.

If no insurance is purchased, the buyer assumes responsibility for damage or loss.

BlackOPS|Toys ships worldwide, however, shipping outside of the United States is more expensive and shipping/handling prices reflect the rate increase. Our shipping prices are extremely competitive and we do not profit on shipping and handling charges.

Refund Policy

All items guaranteed to arrive as described, with refunds cheerfully granted if item received is materially different than as listed. In order to process your refund, items must be returned within 10 days of original delivery and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of refund. If there are any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact us before ordering. There are no exceptions to this policy.
