General QuestionsWhat time zone are your offices located in?BlackOpsToys business office is located in Oregon, in the United States, on Pacific Time.
How are your Mint In Box figures stored? Are they absolutely mint?In many cases, yes, mint in box figures have been shelved for years and look brand new. Some are even kept in plastic. However, most of our mint in box figures contained shelf wear consitent with storage.
Are all of your products and pieces brand new? Are they also in mint condition?In many cases, yes, our pieces are brand new with only negligible shelf wear. Our Miscellaneous Supply Depot (MSD) is somewhat different. The MSD items are almost always new or practically new, however, some of those pieces are from collections BlackOpsToys has purchased or are taken from a custom piece in our warehouse. In these cases, they may have shelf wear or may even be somewhat dirty. Some of those pieces have also been customized and have noticeable wear to them that is purposeful. Please look at the pictures closely as your purchase is "acceptance" of the items as pictured and listed on our web site. Our refund policies are
I've emailed you with a question, when will you answer?We answer most emails within 24 hours. If you are getting an error message of any kind on any page of the web site, please include the error message, a link to the page you are on, and whether you live in the United States or not. If you don't include this information, we'll most likely email you back and ask for it, further delaying a resolution. It's not that we don't want to help, we do, but we need as much information as possible to help.
Web Site Payment QuestionsWhat forms of payments are accepted by BlackOpsToys?BlackOpsToys accepts payment via PayPal and credit or debit card using our online payment gateway. We no longer accept money orders or cashiers checks.
My credit/debit card will not process and I am getting an error. What is wrong?There are a number of things to check for if you are getting an error message when you try to pay for your items with a credit card or debit card.
Can I use a Visa or Mastercard logo GIFT CARD on the BlackOpsToys web site?No, BlackOpsToys does not accept gift cards. Due to credit card fraud security meansures, our web site cannot accept gift cards as payment, even if they have the Visa or Mastercard logo on them. We do however, offer discount coupons, on a regular basis, so if you sign up for the BlackOpsToys newsletter you will receive notice of discounts, specials and other savings available.
I do not have a credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Will you accept a personal check?No. We do apologize, but we cannot accept a personal check.

Web Site Shopping QuestionsCan I ask you a question about my web site store order on your eBay store in an eBay message?Please do not. It is difficult for us to go back and forth between the two to answer questions like cross over. eBay usernames are not carried over to the store, so asking a question on one site about another site's order, ends up causing more confusion than is necessary. How does the site search work? Can I seach for product titles or both titles and product descriptions to find what I'm looking for?The search box available on every page of the site search product titles only. To search by category, manufacturer, price, date, and product description, please use our advanced search option.
I'm looking for a certain product on your site and your web site tells me there are no products matching my search criteria. What does this mean?This means that the product is not for sale on our web site. Though it may have been for sale at one time, if the product is out of stock, it will not show up when you search for it.

My order will not process and when I try to check out, it keeps putting me back on the shopping cart page. What do I do?Please look for any red astericks (***) and/or error messages on the top of the page or near the bottom. The most common resolution to this problem is to take note of products in your cart with a red astericks near them, that means the quantity have in your cart is too high to check out, because we don't have enough to fulfill your order. It can also mean the product is out of stock. Click on the product link, go back to that page and check the quantity. Then go back to the cart and adjust accordingly.
Can an order modified once it has been completed?No. Once your order is complete, regardless of payment type, it cannot be modified.
eBay Auction QuestionsAre the BlackOpsToys ebay auction store and web site store the same?No. The stores are separate, the ebay store is for BlackOpsToys auctions and the web store sells items at retail/collector fixed prices. Items purchased at either store cannot be combined and shipping prices cannot be modified.
Can I combine an eBay store order with a web site store order and save on shipping?No. Orders cannot be combined.

Shipping QuestionsDo you ship products worldwide?Yes. BlackOpsToys ships worldwide, however, shipping outside of the United States is more expensive and shipping/handling prices reflect the rate increase. Our shipping prices are extremely competitive and we do not profit on shipping and handling charges.
I need to know if BlackOpsToys ships to my country?BlackOpsToys ships worldwide, via the United States Post Office, to ALMOST any country we are legally allowed to ship to. If you have concerns about your country, please visit the USPS web site and check to see if your country is listed: USPS - Send International Mail.
What countries will BlackOpsToys not ship to?BlackOpsToys does not ship to Indonesia, Nigeria, or Ghana. This is because we do not allow payment from these countries due to extreme credit card fraud issues. We do not accept any credit card orders from these countries, unless they pay with a confirmed and verified PayPal payment and pay for Global Express Signature Confirmed shipping.
When can I expect my items to be shipped?Packages are almost always shipped Monday through Friday, excepting holidays and BOT staff travel days. In the case of a travel day, the next available day will be a shipping day.
Can you make any special arrangements to keep my Mint in Box order from being searched by customs?No. Once we ship the product out to you, we put the package in the hands of the United States Post Office and it's delivery. When the item arrives in your country it is already marked as a gift, and the customs forms are mostly handwritten. Please be aware that regardless of these measure, your package may be searched. Mint in Box figures are shipped that way, and any search by customs does/should not diminish the Mint classification of the item.

I need a shipping price estimate. Where can I go on your web site to find that information?You can check the shipping price by using our handy Shipping Estimator. When you have items in your shopping cart, the Estimate Shipping link will appear. From that web page you can estimate shipping to almost any country in the world. Please be aware, these are only estimates, based on the items you have in your cart at the time you check. Prices are suject to final changes when you check out.
I would like delivery confirmation or other type of tracking on my order.We include delivery confirmation on all orders shipped within the United States and to military postal addresses. Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email from us with your delivery confirmation number. Orders sent outside the United States cannot be shipping with any kind of delivery confirmation, unless they are sent Global Express. The price on this kind of shipping is typically very high. We can sent you the Customs form number if your package is delayed, but we aware that this is NOT a delivery confirmation number. If you would like Global Express tracking to your country, please email us after you place your order.
Do you offer insurance on products?Yes, if you specifically request insurance and pay for coverage before the item is shipped. If no insurance is purchased, the buyer assumes responsibility for damage or loss.

Discount Coupon QuestionsThe discount coupon I'm using will not work. I get an error message the coupon is not valid. Why?First, please check the coupon code to make sure it is valid. Second, if you are using the web site in a browser with extreme security, that does not allow cookies and/or Javascript, it is unlikely that the coupon code will work. It is also unlikely that you will be able to complete your order.
Why won't the discount coupon work in a Google Chrome Incognito window?The BlackOpsToys site uses cookies and Javascript. Incognito windows in Chrome to do work with the BlackOpsToys Coupon code and other pages within the check out process. Please switch browsers and you should be able to complete your order without issue.
Does my discount coupon work on sale items?Most of the time, the answer to this is yes. We do allow the coupon to further discount already discounted items. Mint-in-box and certain custom figures might be excluded from a discount. Please read the discount coupon instructions before using it.
Does my discount coupon work on clearance items?No. Clearance items are already marked down by well over 50% in an effort to clear the product out of our warehouse inventory. Discount coupons do not work on clearance items, because these items are already heavily discounted.
