- BlackOpsToys staff works Monday through Friday from approximately 8:30 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. If you email us over the weekend, we will NOT get back to you until Monday.
- We will respond to your question within 1-2 business days.
- We cannot reset your password!
- If you are having a problem with the BlackOPS|Toys web site that is not covered in our online FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) please be as descriptive as possible in your message. It will be most helpful if you can include your account email, your order information, the products you are having problems ordering (product name, Manufacturer, and/or link to product page) and any error messages you are receiving.
- If you do not include these items, it will likely take us much longer to get back to you.
